NWPhotographers is proud to celebrate it 5th year on the web!!  Thanks to all who have visited and especially to those who have participated and make NWP what it is today.

As a result of member feedback and the increased monitor sizes being used by our members, I have increased the limit for embedded image sizes displayed in posts. You may now embed images (hotlink) up to 1024 px in the longest edge. The previous limit was 800 px.  I have also made an adjustment to the attachment feature of the forums such that you may attach images larger than 800 px as well. In the case of attachments, the forums software will create a reduced size image (large thumbnail) that will be displayed inline the post and will also hyperlink to the full sized image when clicked on.Click here for additional detail:

I have made some recent updates and additions to the NWP website.  I have added a “Members Page” on which NWP members websites are linked for viewers to see.  To view the Members Page, click here: Member Page

I have just completed an upgrade to the Gallery software used in our member galleries.  All users, permissions and images should have remained intact from the older installation.  Please verify your gallery and let me know if you have any issues.

As you may very well be able to tell from this updated news blog, I am in the process of updating the NWP website, altering the look and feel just a little bit.  I am interested in hearing your comments and I also would like to solicit your input for additional content to the site.
